St.
Mary & St. Peters RC School, Middlesex
A
sixties built primary School in Teddington who had installed a glazed roof
in the central courtyard to form an atrium which was not used to its full
potential. wr associates advised the installation of underfloor heating
with a new concrete flooring on top and installation of new lighting
luminaries.
In
addition to the above a solar control film was applied to the underside of
the glazing giving a softer look to the whole area. The School also
required wr associates to design new emergency lighting, comfort cooling
and the extension of the existing fire alarm system to the remainder of
the school.
