LFC Insurance
Appointed for the design and specification of mechanical and
electrical engineering services for the construction of a two storey
office development at Latchingdon, Essex.
The
development being a new head office for an insurance company all on a brown field
site. The development consisting of open plan and self contained
office and all usual ancillary areas, total floor area 1000m and 2000m of
ancillary green areas and (2No.) car parks.
Of
the engineering services this included central mechanical heat pump
system, tempered fresh air/extract supply, solar panel DHWS, 400KVA
supply, integrated lighting, small power, data/communication systems.
