Following extensive fire damage caused by fire in 2008 and subsequent damage due to water (in putting out the fire), this required the renewal of all mechanical and electrical engineering services.  The building which is in three levels, comprises function room, kitchen and offices on lower ground, Worship, offices, creché, meeting rooms etc., on ground floor.  For upper level this comprises gallery and further function room.

New heating, lighting and small power was provided throughout the building, and which included new data/PA/AV and projector systems.

Included in the renewal works being provision of suspended feature lighting and complete with motorised raise and lower system, this to afford access for maintenance at floor level.
