Replacement
and remodelling of an existing Church hall and adjoining welfare,
administration and social areas, with the formation of a new enclosed
lounge/circulation area.
The
works to be carried out over 3 phases:-

Construction
of new multi use hall to encompass new toilets, store and kitchen and
remodelling of existing toilets in and adjoining building.
Phase
Two
Remodelling
of existing areas to form new toilets, lounge and meeting room.
Phase
Three
Construction
of Disabled WC and enclosure of area between phases One and Two.
