St. Mary
Priory Infant and Junior Schools, Tottenham
Situated
in Tottenham and maintained by the London Borough of Haringey, there are
170 infant and 235 junior pupils. The school, experiencing problems with
the heating and hot and cold water services, commissioned wr associates to
survey all mechanical and electrical engineering services. Amongst other
items hot water was being emitted from cold water taps and it was
discovered they had a major water leak in the heating pipework caused by
corrosion to the wall of the pipework.
Following
the above, wr associates prepared full designs and specification for the renewal of all mechanical and electrical engineering services to be
undertaken, and which works are to be carried out in phases over three
years. Therefore the design and installation of the works being carried
out to minimise over lapping of various elements and disruption
to the School.
